As the project manager for this sample penthouse project, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a team of designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the success of the project. The project was assigned to me by Nurol REIT and was located in Istanbul, covering an area of 295 m² and located at the 47th Floor of Nurol Life Tower. It has built as an example for the unbuilt penthouse apartments. My role as a project manager involved overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure. Throughout the project, I worked closely with the team to ensure that all tasks were completed efficiently and effectively. This involved coordinating with the designers to ensure that the design met the client's expectations and with the engineers to ensure that the project was feasible and could be completed within the given timeframe and budget. To ensure the project's success, I also worked closely with the subcontractors to ensure that the project met all the necessary regulations and standards. This included working with the contractors to ensure that the materials used were of high quality and met the project's specifications. Overall, the project was completed successfully in 2021, meeting all the client's requirements and within the budget and timeframe. It was a great experience to work on this project, and I am proud to have been a part of the team that made it happen.
